Terms of Service
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of 토르르 TOROR (the "Service"). By installing and using the app you agree to them.
2. The Service
The Service is free to play. Coins, hearts and marbles may be purchased optionally inside the game. We may improve or change the Service, and we will announce significant changes inside the app beforehand.
3. Accounts
You may play without an account. If you sign in, you may not transfer or lend your account. If you use the same account across several of our services, closing one account does not close the others — each service is handled separately.
4. Payments and refunds
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. Refunds follow each store's policy. Items already consumed, such as spent coins or hearts, may not be refundable. If a purchase goes wrong, contact the store first; if that does not resolve it, contact us.
5. What you must not do
- Modify the game or use automation to manipulate records or rankings
- Use another person's account, or obtain invite rewards unfairly
- Place an unreasonable load on the Service or its servers
We may remove records or restrict access if we find any of the above.
6. Liability
We provide the Service in good faith but are not liable for loss caused by matters outside our control, such as network failures, device problems or force majeure. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be heard by the court with jurisdiction over our registered office. Consumers keep the right to bring a claim in the courts of their place of residence.
